About us

Brief Description

The SRF Foundation Enhancing Early Education Programme (3EP) is an experiential, contemporary and specialized teaching programme which aims to equip teachers with the necessary skills and training towards becoming a quality educator. As this program is specially designed to address the needs of nursery schooling in a rapidly changing global context, English is used as the main medium of communication.

Besides being exposed to the latest technologies and theories prevalent across the world today, trainees will also be encouraged to evaluate their relevance, applicability and authenticity to the Indian context. To facilitate learning, the course content is presented in a hands on and practical manner.

A phased observation module, beginning in the second month, is one of the highlights of the programme. This observation module ensures that trainees are well-prepared and familiar with classroom demands and routine before they actually start practising their teaching skills.

 

Our Mission Statement

The mission of the Enhancing Early Education program is to:

Assist individuals in developing skills to become creative, passionate, knowledgeable, and sensitive educators who will contribute responsibly to the global community.

Create professionals who can engage innovatively and effectively with children aged 2 to 6 years. Recognizing that this is the most important foundational stage of the child’s development, they would be able to maximize the nascent potential of each child.

 

 

Our Instructors

 

This course is facilitated by a team of highly qualified and dedicated instructors. Tapping on their numerous years of teaching experience, they are able to impart invaluable skills and knowledge to trainees that will transform and prepare them for the challenging yet fulfilling job of being a Nursery School teacher.

Our instructors are very passionate about what they do, and their enthusiasm and warmth can be felt the minute you step into the classroom.

Besides our regular instructors, outside speakers are regularly engaged to provide different perspectives on childhood education.

Experience the magic of the programme yourself by participating in our complementary preview workshops that are conducted two months before new admissions.

Classes are conducted at The Shri Ram School – Aravali.
This campus is in the heart of the Hamilton Court complex in DLF City, Phase IV and is easily accessible.
