Shri Educare is an initiative of SRF Foundation, the founding body of The Shri Ram Schools. Shri Educare has been in existence since 2001, providing weekly workshops to teachers on curriculum, methodology and classroom management. The success of these workshops led us to translate the best practices in these workshops into a consolidated course. This is particularly relevant in these times when schools are mushrooming and trained teachers are scarce.

The Shri Educare Enhancing Early Education Programme is an experiential, contemporary and relevant programme that imparts all the skills and training necessary to become a quality educator for children in the age group of 3-6 years.

Trainees are exposed to the latest technologies and theories prevalent across the world today; while being encouraged to evaluate their relevance, applicability and authenticity in the Indian context. Drawing from the wealth of experience of The Shri Ram Schools, the course content is presented in a hands on and practical manner.

A phased Observation module, beginning within the second month is one of the highlights of the programme, ensuring that trainees are well prepared and familiar with classroom demands and routines before they actually start practicing their teaching skills.
